Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Lead Times 

All wholesale orders are hand-finished and prepared for dispatch within 5–10 working days of order confirmation and payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lead times may be extended during peak trading periods or for large-volume orders. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. (UK time) will be processed on the following working day. 

2. Minimum Order Value 

The minimum opening order value is £150 (ex VAT). Repeat wholesale orders are also subject to a minimum order value of £150 (ex VAT). Orders below the minimum value will not be processed. 

3. Shipping Methods & Costs 

All wholesale shipments are dispatched using tracked services (Royal Mail, courier, or freight forwarder as appropriate). Shipping charges are calculated according to order size, weight, and destination, and will be invoiced to the customer. Free UK shipping is available on wholesale orders over £300 (ex VAT). Coffeenotes reserves the right to consolidate orders or ship in multiple consignments. For export orders, all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Pick up is only available to customers collecting their own order. We will not accept courier collections.

4. Risk & Title 

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Title to the goods shall not pass until full payment has been received by Coffeenotes. 

5. Governing Law 

This policy and all wholesale transactions with Coffeenotes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
